Our firewall support also includes setting up a reliable firewall system on your network which effectively blocks external threats from web-based attackers and online security threats and we have recently created a successful partnership with Symantec who are widely recognised as market leaders in this field in terms of both software and hardware solutions. Other services we offer as part of our firewall support include the training of your staff to deal with problems and vulnerabilities which may arise within your IT network such as blocked firewall sockets and server problems. Most of our firewall support duties can be carried out remotely but should the need arise we can be on-site to deal with the problem within under 7 or 8 hours. The majority of our clients are based in the south of the UK and some of the areas we cover include Essex, London, Kent, Surrey and Middlesex.
