Candidates must be pro-active, have a positive "can do" attitude, be able to manage client issues with minimal supervision and have a flexible working attitude.

Also please be aware that our customers demand support from people who can communicate with them so you must be able to communicate at all levels in a language they understand.

The following technical skills are mandatory:

• MCSE qualified with extensive experience of MS Windows 2000/3 Server.
• MS Exchange.
• NT Desktop Support including MS Windows XP Professional and MS Windows 2000.
• In-depth experience of Windows network infrastructure and security.
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite, BlackBerry configuration and support or Cisco certification are not mandatory but are a distinct advantage.
